Promotion of elastic approach for active time, creation of elastic nursery school, start - up of innovatory training enabling contact with a job during maternity leave and encouraging man for home duty practice. That's only a part of Project foundation. His main task is reconciliation of employer - employee interests. First of all we want to help woman with reconciliation of home and job duties. Many barriers stands before polish woman obstructing them return to the work after a birth of child. We will go thru that problem for simultaneous professional work and fostering of child by that Project in Poland.
